一、盤管整體及支撐框架結(jié)構(gòu)均采用SUS304不銹鋼材料,盤管壽命長。
不銹鋼盤管均由臺(tái)灣杰美利公司位于新竹竹北的工廠制造,均由SUS304不銹鋼帶連續(xù)卷焊而成,可根據(jù)現(xiàn)場空間定制規(guī)格制造。使用壽命較一般鍍鋅盤管長,在適宜的槽內(nèi)水質(zhì)條件下,使用壽命可超過30年。
二、動(dòng)態(tài)傳熱,換熱系數(shù)更高,融冰效率更高。
配合內(nèi)循環(huán)泵,蓄冰及融冰過程中傳熱系數(shù)更高,瞬間放冷速率更高。蓄冰盤管中冰水對流熱傳,可達(dá)到快速與完全溶冰效果。本蓄冰槽設(shè)計(jì)上亦可冰水側(cè)、鹵水(乙二醇溶液側(cè))雙向進(jìn)行溶冰,融冰速率超過30%,解訣一般內(nèi)融冰蓄冰槽溶冰效率不良之缺點(diǎn)。
三、結(jié)冰率大
動(dòng)態(tài)蓄冰槽盤管排列整膺,結(jié)冰率(Ice packing factor , IPF )高達(dá)75 %以上,最大限度節(jié)省冰槽所占空間,蓄冰槽所需空間小。
四、水平蛇形盤管,安裝及維修所需高度空間更小,安裝及維護(hù)空簡最省
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品盤管按500mm高度一個(gè)模組,可現(xiàn)場垂直組合,從而只需要0.6m的槽頂部高度來安裝以及維修,避免因槽頂安裝空間大浪費(fèi)建筑空間,以及普通盤管實(shí)際上不能維修的問題。
五、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)簡單方便
規(guī)格化定型蓄冰槽,密閉式鹵水(乙二醇)系統(tǒng),水平盤管也可根據(jù)場地選擇槽體的尺寸進(jìn)行匹配客戶定制規(guī)格,蓄冰系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)最簡便。
六、適用于各類型場所
動(dòng)態(tài)蓄冰槽儲(chǔ)冰效率高,可適用于各類型蓄冰主機(jī),蓄冰槽可以選擇長方形、圓柱體、筏基式,可根據(jù)場地定制槽體尺寸。
七、可采用抑制性處理后的鹵水(乙二醇)
盤管材質(zhì)為不銹鋼,管內(nèi)部腐蝕性低,顧而可以采用經(jīng)過腐蝕抑制性處理后的鹵水(乙二醇),可降低采購進(jìn)口品牌腐蝕抑制性乙二醇的成本。

The ice-on-coil tubes are made to modules with 500mm height and could be compacted vertically. So the ice-on-coils will only need approximately 0.6meter installation and maintainance height above the ice storage tank. This design could offer a practical replacement and maintainance space.
